Beijing Normal University held the Symposium for International Graduates of the Class of 2025

On June 24th, Beijing Normal University(BNU) held the symposium for international graduates of the class of 2025. Vice President Chen Xing attended the meeting.

Chen Xing congratulated the students on successfully completing their studies and expressed his satisfaction that they had gained knowledge, broadened their horizons and integrated into diverse cultures during their time at BNU. Drawing on his own study abroad experience, Chen Xing encouraged everyone to cherish their study and life at BNU and the solid foundation they have laid. He hopes everyone leverage the advantages of their cross-cultural background, and face the diversity of the world with an attitude of equality, respect, understanding and cooperation to draw wisdom from different cultures. He hopes that students can have an open mind to deeply understand China, tell China's stories well, take what they have learned and thought back to their hometowns, act as communication Bridges between China and other countries around the world, and contribute to promoting people-to-people bonds. Besides, Chen Xing expressed his gratitude to the international students for bringing vitality and multiculturalism to the campus. He stated that the school will continue to optimize its training mechanism to create better conditions for students' growth and success.

The relevant teachers from the Provost' s Office and Academic Affairs (Graduate School) congratulated the students on their successful completion of their studies, highly affirmed their growth and excellent performance in the cross-cultural environment, and encouraged them to continue to play the role of a bridge between China and foreign countries, spreading the spirit of BNU and the knowledge they have acquired to a broader world. The relevant teachers from the Alumni Association encouraged them to actively integrate into the global alumni network, maintain close contact with BNU, and be courageous and proactive in taking on responsibilities and sharing experiences in their future studies and work, constantly expanding the international influence of BNU. The relevant teachers from the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation encouraged them to hold onto their dreams, forge ahead with determination, and write brilliant chapters of their lives on a broader stage.
