To build a strong nation, one must first strengthen education To strengthen education, one must first strengthen teachers. Beijing Normal University has firmly kept in mind President Xi Jinping's instructions and has taken on the dual mission of leading higher education and supporting foundational education. The university has been actively cultivating "Four Good" teachers. In recent years, the university has focused on addressing the shortage of teaching staff in the underdeveloped central and western regions of China. With the approach of "training a group, sending a group, and enhancing a group," it has implemented the "Project to strengthen teaching force," which covers teacher training, recruitment, support, post-service development, as well as quality diagnosis and ecological optimization of county-level education. This initiative serves rural revitalization and promotes the balanced and high-quality development of education.
