The new semester has begun, and Beijing Normal University has welcomed the 2025 cohort of international students! Students from various countries have gathered on campus, full of anticipation for their new academic journey. Their arrival brings fresh energy and a more international flair to BNU.

On the morning of September 14th, the orientation check-in officially began. Volunteers from the International Students Office warmly welcomed students from around the world with bright smiles, friendly greetings, and thoughtful assistance.

The teachers and volunteers at the International Students Office carefully assisted the new students with completing various check-in procedures, including insurance registration, information collection, and enrollment.

The newly arrived students are still unfamiliar with the campus and the city of Beijing. Volunteers stationed around the campus are always ready to offer assistance whenever needed.The volunteers arrived early at the airport, the school's East Gate, and various international student dormitories to guide and direct the new students, helping them become more familiar with the check-in process, campus environment, and dormitory check-in procedures.

To help first-time international students better integrate into campus life and academics, the school organized a unified orientation for all new students. Considering the characteristics and needs of international students, immigration officers conducted a detailed legal education session on-site. Meanwhile, the school’s Academic Affairs Department and the International Students Office, along with their responsible faculty members, held special lectures on course selection, scholarships, campus life, and more. They engaged in in-depth discussions with the new students, carefully addressing their questions and concerns.
