Environment/Ecology of BNU Ranks Top 1‰ in ESI
On January 9, the Essential Science Indicators (ESI) released the latest database. The field of Environment/Ecology of Beijing Normal University ranked top 1‰ for the first time and became the first field of BNU in top 1‰.
The Essential Science Indicators database reveals emerging science trends as well as influential individuals, institutions, papers, journals and countries in the field of research. Based on a 10-year rolling file, Essential Science Indicators is updated bi-monthly.
The 14 fields among top 1% of BNU includes: Environment/Ecology; Geosciences; Chemistry; Physics; Neuroscience & Behavior; Engineering; Materials science; Psychiatry/psychology; Mathematics; Social sciences, general; Agricultural sciences; Biology & Biochemistry; Plant & animal sciences; Clinical medicine.
