[Notice] Upcoming Live | Jingdezhen Online Class: Museum Night Adventure
A single porcelain shard inherits six centuries of craftsmanship. One live broadcast bridges Eastern and Western civilizations.
Museum Night Adventure – Jingdezhen Online Class will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Beijing Time (11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. UK Time). Co-hosted by the School of International Chinese Language Education of Beijing Normal University, Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Museum and Lancaster University UK, this event is strongly supported by the Publicity Office of Beijing Normal University.
At the scheduled time, He Shiyi, a Costa Rican international student from School of International Chinese Language Education of BNU with a deep passion for Chinese porcelain, will host the live session. She will lead the students from the Lancaster University area on a virtual tour of Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Museum, joining Director Weng Yanjun to explore fascinating stories of porcelain, the glorious history of the imperial kilns, and the tremendous contributions of Chinese ceramic culture to the progress of world civilization.
The online live class will be broadcast simultaneously on multiple live streaming platforms including Beijing Normal University, Imperial Kiln Museum, Study in China and China Museums, as well as at the on-site venues of Lancaster University in the UK.
