On 30 June, 2020, leading practitioners and scholars around the world are gathering online to exchange insights on our shared future after COVID-19! Launch event and opening webinar of the Humanitarian and Sustainable Development Global Online Academy 2020 will have Dr Gaya Gamhewage (WHO), Mr. Xavier Castellanos (IFRC), Prof. Xue Lan (Schwarzman Scholars, Tsinghua University), and Prof. Arnold Howitt (Harvard Kennedy School) as panelists, Prof. Zhou Zuoyu (BNU) as moderator, and Prof. Hao Fanghua (CCNU) as closing speaker.
The Humanitarian and Sustainable Development Global Online Academy 2020 (HDI GOA 2020) will recommend a selected series of online courses and open webinars linking vast groups of students, professionals and practitioners by technical support of bnuonline.com and XuetangX. On completion, outstanding students will be prioritized to access internship under umbrella of the World Health Organization and the International Federation and Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
The HDI GOA Opening Webinar invites students, practitioners and scholars to share review of the ongoing global combat of the COVID-19 pandemic and insight on a sustainable future informed by current actions.
