We've seen an increasing demand for art education," Wang Jie, vice-president of School of Arts and Communication of Beijing Normal University, who is in charge of the project, said. "With the project, artists and art educators from those organizations will map out plans and regulations to train art teachers and art educational organizations. People needing art education will get professional training."
