From October 17 to 20, 2019, China Computer Conference 2019 (CNCC), themed "intelligence + leading social development", was held in Suzhou. Dr. Chen penghe, deputy director of Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of Beijing Normal University's advanced innovation center for future education, presided over the project of "Research on dialogue service robot for education" which was awarded the CCF Tencent rhinoceros bird Research Fund in 2019 by the conference.

The China computer conference is the highest level and largest academic event in the field of Computer Science held by the China computer society. CCF Tencent rhinoceros bird fund was jointly launched by Tencent and China Computer Society (CCF) in 2013, and is committed to building a platform for cooperation and academic exchange among young scholars at home and abroad. In the past seven years, rhinoceros fund has provided opportunities for young scholars with great innovation in the world to understand the real problems of the industry and meet the actual needs of the business. Through the cooperation of production, learning and scientific research between young scholars and enterprise R & D teams, it has promoted the improvement of academic influence and the implementation of application achievements of both sides, and has reserved energy for the exploration and innovation of independent R & D of science and technology.

This project will build a dialogue service robot for educational problem-solving, which mainly includes three aspects: collecting multi-dimensional educational problem-solving data based on a variety of ways; building a knowledge map in the field of education based on multi-dimensional educational data, structured representation of educational cases and domain knowledge, so as to provide a knowledge base for educational dialogue model; based on the knowledge map of education by using natural language processing and deep learning algorithm, a dialogue service robot for educational problem solving scenario is constructed. In view of the many challenges in the current education practice, the project relies on the education service platform of Beijing Normal University, establishes the knowledge map in the field of education, develops a dialogue service robot for solving the problem of education in primary and secondary schools, and serves the teachers in primary and secondary schools national wide.

The support from famous enterprises this time reflects the recognition of the research team of Beijing Normal University's future education advanced innovation center in the research direction and R & D achievements in the field of "artificial intelligence + education" by the academic and industrial circles of artificial intelligence. The center's Artificial Intelligence Laboratory looks forward to making greater contributions and more influential academic achievements in this field for Beijing Normal University.
