Our school cadres and staff volunteer to shovel snow

February 21st, Beijing was getting the largest range of snow since 2017. The snow covered the roads both inside and outside of campus and causing internal and external road icing. It brings inconvenience to the staff and students and community residents. In order to maintain the smooth flow of roads and traffic safety, in the morning of February 22nd, our school actively respond to the call of the government of Haidian District, to start the work of shoveling snow.
 
All the cadres and staff a total of more than 800 people participated the snow shoveling in the main road, Xing Tan Road, Xinjiekou Wai Street, College South Road, our school and school buildings surrounding, and other sections of our school responsible Regional Compulsory. All our school volunteers are not afraid of cold, clear division of labor, after more than three hours of effort, the main sidewalks and branches of the snow and ice were cleaned.
 
This round of snow removal activity provides the convenience for teachers and students in our school traveling to nearby residents, ensured that the vehicle and pedestrian access security, highlighted our Party cadres’ and staff’s leadership and good style of service for people. This work has made a contribution to the Haidian District.
